How to order our services?
After your have chosen the services on our website www.piter.open-tour.ru please send us a request to our email russia@open-tour.ru and match the date, time, number of visitors. Then in short time our manager will contact you and confirm the price and other details, she will tell you the order number and send you a contract, which you should sign and to send a scanned copy to us by fax or via email. Only after we get it, the order would be completed.

How to pay for order?

  • By credit card – Visa, MasterCard
  • By cash in our office.
  • By bank transfer (it could take some commission). Please send us the copy of receipt of your payment for confirming your order faster. We inform you that we need to get your payment in rubles. If you want to send money in euro, dollar or other currency – you should know that for currency exchange to your payment would be added 1000 rubles.

After receipt of your payment we will send you all details as tour program, vouchers or copies of board passes. Then you should pay for invoice in 3 days, in other case the order will be canceled automatically.

How to cancel the ordered services and get refund?
If you have any compelling circumstances and you forced to abandon the reserved services, inform us of this need by phone 8 (812) 312-88-86 or e-mail: russia@open-tour.ru Please be sure to specify the order number and last name tourists. You should inform us about invalidation your order not later than 3 days before the tour.

The necessary documents for a refund:

  • contract on rendering of tour services
  • original receipts,
  • the application written by hand for refund of the tour (indicating the requisites in case of return to the account).

If you paid by credit card for the services you would get back the refund only to your credit card, not cash.

The Open-Tour is not responsible for trip delays due to the complicated traffic in the city, the weather conditions, the actions of tourists (including unauthorized absence at gathering place according to the schedule), and other causes beyond the control of travel company.

After getting from tourists the notice in writing about cancelation Open-Tour company is entitled to withhold the expenses actually incurred in performance of the contract and confirmed by documents.
